• Long weekend getaway

  We had a great time at Kims place! Communication was super quick and easy and Kim was very accommodating. She was also flexible with check-in and check-out time which was very helpful. The house has a great location and looks exactly like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything you needed to feel like home. Our family really enjoyed the pool!!! especially my grandkids! It was amazing and the water and weather were great. Our host Kim was incredible and I recommend you stay here.

• Family vacation

  House fit our needs very well. Everyone loved the pool. House could use some updated, feels like your back in the 80’s. Property manager excellent got fixed an issue immediately. The one bad negative was a nearby 2 nearby houses had loud parties. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again

• Fun in the sun

  Nice home in a very quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable beds! Pool not heated and was an additional $1,000 to heat. We were limited on hot tub time to 2 hours a day and very confusing instructions on how to operate. Kim was very helpful, we would stay here again. Love Lake Havasu

  Hi Sue, we're glad you enjoyed your stay! The owner wanted to provide some further information about heating the pool and spa:
  - We do have a video now on how to heat the spa and it is pretty easy when you have a visual
  - Most of the houses here don't have gas so the spas run on propane. The tanks are 100 gallons, which seems like a lot, and can go fast if left on. A tank is $400 and needs to be booked a week ahead of time
  - These factors are standard here in Lake Havasu and out of our control, but we do our best to charge a reasonable rate and be as on top of it for guests as possible
  - Lastly, our pool is 20 feet by 40 feet - one of the largest in Havasu and as such, it is not heated since it would take three days and at least 2 tanks of propane to heat it. We're glad to say it's plenty warm most of the time
  We appreciate your feedback and hope we have offered some helpful information as well! We do our best to all work together so we ask guests to turn the spa off when they're not using it and try to limit use to 3 hours a day and then everyone will have heat and we can keep our prices low and we can all enjoy!

  Lovely property with everything you could possibly need and then some. House was clean, comfortable and I personally enjoyed the decor.

  My only concern was that the house seemed to be lived in and not so much a rental property/vacation rental. There were lots of personal items and opened/expired food.

  Great home,very well taken care of !! Beautiful pool and spa and kid safe with pool fencing!! Great parking for boat and truck and extra car! Would recommend to any friend or family!!🤗
