Fit the bill!
4/5 This house is very comfortable and was perfect for our family. The pool was not working as a pump needed replaced, so that was disappointing, however once it was fixed we enjoyed a great day by the pool. It was a great stay, thank you.

Nice place, great location, but . . .
4/5 The house was a nice place to stay. The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom readily met the needs of the 3 couples who stayed there. The house was under-lighted, due to either burned-out or low wattage bulbs. The swimming pool wasn't clean or useable. The information sent by the management company and the information in the notebook at the house conflicted at times and together were confusing. The gas grill needs to be reconditioned or replaced. The location met our needs with easy access to Goodyear park, restaurants, and shopping. I would recommend the house with reservations.
