This was a beautiful home inside. Very clean and well set up. every appliance TV, couch, sheet and towel you could ask for. We had a wonderful stay for four nights and would go back again. Don’t miss the little brewpub about two blocks away.
Our family stayed at the house during my sons wedding at Norfolk Lake. Plenty of space for everyone! Very clean! Loved the game room and the theater area!! We will be visiting again!!

We spent a week here with all of our kids and grandkids, 13 of us total ranging from 2 years to teens and adults. If you want a large place with lots of room to just hang and have fun without feeling the need to do other things, then this place is it. My oldest son-in-law said he would definitely come back and he had only been there 3 minutes! While not a traditional residence, and not located in a neighborhood (this place is right on main street, but that's not an issue!) the owners have done a fantastic job turning it into a comfortable and unique place. There are plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. There are so many spaces that you can spread out and let the little ones play on one end while relaxing and watching or playing games on the other. The living room with projector screen and totally awesome vintage sound system was amazing! Everyone spent hours on the arcade and we used the game tables everyday. All the amenities are top notch from the high end TVs to the extra large grill outside and attention to little details in every space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We ate all our meals in the house and it worked great. The grandkids had so much fun zipping around the cavernous hallways on their little scooters and loved the kids corner. And there is a great park right out the back across the street. When we arrived everything was exceptionally clean and felt like we were the first ones to have been in the place. We have stayed in lots of places but never once have we stayed somewhere that had tons of extra towels and things and had toiletries, trash bags, dishwashing products, paper towels, etc that lasted the whole week. Usually all you get is one of each so I have to hand it to the owners, they are doing it right! And dealing with the owners was very easy and pleasant and always quick to respond to any questions. I could go on and on about how great this place is, but if you are looking for a place to just bring a few or a lot of people, the Respsada House will NOT disappoint! Trust me, its huge and its a great value. Whether coming to mountain home to fish, hike, or just stay put you won't find a more unique and fitting place!

Great location with ample room for a large crowd! This was a huge hit with our whole group and the hosts were great with communication. We wouldn't hesitate to return for another stay!

This unique place was super clean and fresh; it had plenty of beds and bathrooms - only two showers but it was not a problem at all even for our large group because there was plenty of hot water and there are so many other restrooms! It has a great fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, and games and fun in multiple rooms. Our group of 13 came together from three states with three couples. four single adults, plus three under 19; we all had a blast playing ping-pong, pool, arcade games, board games, big-screen TVs everywhere (although we barely used them because there were so many game options), comfy beds, and plenty of kitchenware and appliances to cook and serve every meal. We appreciated all the adult-sized beds (instead of so many twins like rentals often have.) We also came at Christmas and really appreciated that the place was nicely decorated, with even some Christmas serving platters. This was a special touch. We would definitely rent this space again.
