  Oh my gosh! This house is the most family friendly place we have ever stayed! There is sooooo much to do, really, something for every age!

  We came to swim, but had swim free hours between 10 and 3 everyday because we're not used to the heat and didn't want anyone to burn crispy. :) The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay, but our kids loved all the choices of things to do when we weren't swimming. Pool table, foosball, ping pong, basketball, air hockey, yard games, golf, trampoline... I think it is literally impossible to be bored at this place!

  The house is huge with such a fun layout. We had everything we needed.

  The location is superb. You side swipe all the valley traffic but still have tons of places to eat and shop. (Ammos Mediterranean Grill is our family favorite.)

  The host, Michael, is beyond great! Super accommodating and responsive.

• Not clean and lots of broken things but amazing location/size/layout

  - trampoline netting was broken and off

  - there were at least 3 pieces of outdoor furniture that were broken or rusted out, safety hazards (one chair just gave out with someone sitting in it)

  - every table, chair, surface, etc outside was really dirty and we had to clean before we could use

  - kitchen hadn't been cleaned, food was all over the cook tops

  - we couldn't figure out how to use the oven, the manager replied "I don't know, I'm a guy"

  - master bed braces under the bed just broke and gave out in the middle of the night

  - two sinks had leaks

  - when we checked in, the master bath towel hook was out of the wall and just on the ground with screws, which we stepped on

  Summary is that the location, size and layout of this house are all amazing. It needs to be better kept up and maintained, then it'll be a great place to stay.

  Hi Kyle, we truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:
  -Our cleaners have been providing cleaning services for all of our properties, including our personal property, for nearly twenty years. We recently dedicated almost four full days to address extensive damage at the property, documented with photographs and reported to Evolv,e which highlights the significant repair costs incurred due to the damage caused by the previous guest. We promptly cleaned and repaired the property to the best of our abilities before the arrival of the next guests, ensuring it was left in pristine condition.
  -The trampoline was removed and placed with the bulk trash, but the support poles for the netting were not taken down in time. Following Airbnb's recommendation against having a trampoline, we have dismantled it completely. We apologize for the delay in removing the exterior poles, which was an oversight on our part.
  -The exterior chairs that were damaged by the previous guest were removed from the backyard and placed by the driveway. They were replaced with new patio furniture before your stay, so there were no broken pieces left by the pool. Additionally, approximately 20 extra chairs are stored in the garage for guest use.
  -Given our desert location and the monsoon season, nightly dust storms can occur, leading to additional outdoor dust. We apologize if there was any excess dirt or dust outside during your stay. Rest assured, we routinely clean and maintain the entire outdoor area after each guest's departure.
  -We believe the kitchen was clean and free of food when we prepared for the next guests. If you have photos showing otherwise, we would appreciate seeing them for reference.
  -Regarding the oven, the guest contacted us about how to use it. We informed them that the instruction manual was in the kitchen, which they later confirmed finding. Unfortunately, the manual seems to have gone missing since then, so we have replaced it with a new copy. Additionally, instructions are also printed inside the oven door for convenience.
  -The bathroom sink has a minor issue where the handle needs to be pushed down firmly to stop a leak. This has been verified and will be addressed.
  -The towel rack was damaged by a previous guest and should have been fixed. We apologize for missing this.
  -The bedframe had been damaged and inadequately repaired by a prior guest. It has now been replaced.
  Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.

  The property was beautiful along with the neighborhood. It had everything we could have asked for and some. The only sad part was that the pictures showed us a diving board but it was not there but we made the best of it and had a blast!!! We are already planning another stay!

  Overall our stay was pleasant and we would consider this property again if we needed in the area. It was nice to have room for everyone and the privacy of the backyard with shade was enjoyable.

  The home did not live up to its photos and description. We booked this home for Thanksgiving with about 20 people and were very disappointed. Here are some of the more glaring problems:

  Many of the games were broke or in disrepair- the air hockey and ping pong table were both unusable. The pool table had ripped and broken bumpers and the pool cues were either broke or had no tips- making playing a game pointless.

  One room reeked so bad of smoke and marijuana it was disgusting. Many of the linens and towels also had a strong odor of smoke. It’s unacceptable to asks guest stay in a home that is very clearly used by smokers.

  there were cracked floor tiles that created cut hazards for the young children that crawled or played on the floor. Floor Tiles are popping off and there is a huge concern that this may be caused by water damage.

  The “oven” was too small to cook a Turkey which created a huge problem for our thanksgiving dinner plans and. Early ruined our Holiday. How can this not be disclosed that the oven is not full size?

  There was a hvac register that was dangling over the room table about to fall. Only screwed in On one side.

  We ended up leaving a day early because of the house condition. If we did t have guests that drove in from Texas staying there, we would have left and got a hotel. But they could. Or afford to spend for another place to stay- so we stuck it out with them.

  Needless to say, we won’t be back. If you plan to book this home, I would recommend you visit it first to verify the condition of the home is as it’s described. If you don’t take my advice, best of luck to you.
