  Overall our stay was pleasant and we would consider this property again if we needed in the area. It was nice to have room for everyone and the privacy of the backyard with shade was enjoyable.

• Disappointed

  The home did not live up to its photos and description. We booked this home for Thanksgiving with about 20 people and were very disappointed. Here are some of the more glaring problems:

  Many of the games were broke or in disrepair- the air hockey and ping pong table were both unusable. The pool table had ripped and broken bumpers and the pool cues were either broke or had no tips- making playing a game pointless.

  One room reeked so bad of smoke and marijuana it was disgusting. Many of the linens and towels also had a strong odor of smoke. It’s unacceptable to asks guest stay in a home that is very clearly used by smokers.

  there were cracked floor tiles that created cut hazards for the young children that crawled or played on the floor. Floor Tiles are popping off and there is a huge concern that this may be caused by water damage.

  The “oven” was too small to cook a Turkey which created a huge problem for our thanksgiving dinner plans and. Early ruined our Holiday. How can this not be disclosed that the oven is not full size?

  There was a hvac register that was dangling over the room table about to fall. Only screwed in On one side.

  We ended up leaving a day early because of the house condition. If we did t have guests that drove in from Texas staying there, we would have left and got a hotel. But they could. Or afford to spend for another place to stay- so we stuck it out with them.

  Needless to say, we won’t be back. If you plan to book this home, I would recommend you visit it first to verify the condition of the home is as it’s described. If you don’t take my advice, best of luck to you.

• Property photos NOT up to date

  This was our first time booking through evolve.

  We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children coming together for a special family gathering.

  We chose this Glendale property based on the house description and the photos that accompanied it.

  However when we arrived at the property we soon discovered that the photos we had seen did not for an instant depict the current condition of this house.

  Outdoors - the dining area needed a thorough deep cleaning, the rattan bar and lounge chairs had holes in them and were falling apart, the outdoor cushions were filthy and faded, the barbecue was dirty

  Air hockey did not work, trampoline and netting unsafe with holes, toys were old and dirty.

  Indoors - the entire house needed a thorough deep cleaning.

  Master bedroom toilet had a broken flusher and vent did not work.

  Pool table was in a truly sorry state with faded and fraying liner.

  Kitchen sink leaked into the cabinet underneath which was covered in mould.

  Pots and pans were so old and worn there was no coating left on them and were probably not safe to use.

  Needless to say this experience will make us leery to book with evolve in future.

  I would have expected that evolve would require and ensure that anyone posting with them be required to and ensure that all property descriptions and photos are up to date.

  This property was definitely not as depicted.

  And therefore overpriced.

  This was our second time staying in the house for a multi family vacation. It is just perfect place; plenty for the kids to do trampoline, pool, mini golf, hide & go seek, while the adults can relax and have fun without worrying about mosey neighbors! The house is spaced out really well. It’s it’s on a very large lot, so swimming late or playing music at night was not an issue. I look forward to staying here again next summer.

• Great family property

  Our family stayed (4 generations) all together for a high school graduation in the area. Beautiful and relaxing property, plenty for kids of all ages to do, awesome kitchen, and great location! Had everything we needed, and was close to trials. Great for our dogs as well!
