3/5 The condo needs some general updating and cleaning in the kitchen. The linens were nice and the washer and dryer are new and nice. The view of the lake is nice.
Nice Condo, Need Better Communication
4/5 The condo was very spacious and nice with a beautiful view of the lake from the family room and the bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The washer and dryer in the unit was very nice to have.
The pool near the condo was full of debris and needles from the pines. I have no problem cleaning it myself but there wasn't a working pool rake. I made contact with the reservation contact and advised her of the pool situation and asked where the other pool was - she gave me a vague response to contact the office up on the hill which the office was closed. We ended up finding the other pool but both pools were extremely warm so we were not interested in swimming. Would be nice to have a pool cooler of some sort when it is so hot out. If we did use the pool, there were no pool towels so that needs to be addressed.
The shower in the master bedroom was in a jacuzzi tub and it was very slippery. I highly recommend something be done for that.
The cleaning could have been better. There was a blanket in the closet that was just crumpled up and a spill on the coffee table when we checked in.
Extra toilet paper would have been nice as we ran out the 2nd day.
I recommend a book that provides more information on the condo unit and what is expected at checkout.
