  When we arrived at the house the code that was sent to us was the wrong code. The company called us and gave us the new code. The wifi password had to be sent to us well. While we were mainly staying as lodging for a tournament weekend, with eight people in the house, every shower had cold water. When we reached out to see about getting it looked at we got no response until 11:30 at night when everyone was already asleep. The home had not been aired out in a while so it was really musty and was an outdated home. With the availability of having 8 people staying in the home there were not enough towels for everyone. Therefore we did a lot of laundry which meant we had to go buy laundry detergent because one pod was not going to clean everything that needed to be cleaned. Needless to say we will not be back and we will not be recommending this place for anyone in the future.

• Quiet but not clean

  Located on a quiet dead end road. Peaceful setting but property not managed/cleaned for our arrival.

  1. Our checkin code didn’t work bc they changed to new lock and neglected to tell us and they didn’t know how to work it. We were exhausted and had been traveling since 4am when we arrived at 6pm. Not happy that door lock didn’t work and no one seemed to know how to open/lock the door.

  2. We had a few cockroaches appear. We understand this is part of nature but they should be exterminating or putting out traps before guests arrive.

  3. Welcome gift basket had old, stale chips and popcorn. That’s pretty sad. You should freshen up/replace the basket…or don’t put it out.

  4. The hall bathroom was not cleaned very well. There was and is toothpaste on the back of the door. There is urine on the end of the sink cabinet along the toilet. There was medium length hairs on the walls inside the shower.

  5. A box of tissue in the bathroom would have been greatly appreciated.

  We chose to rent from Evolve because we thought it would be professional. From the entrance door lock not working and not being communicated to us to the toothpaste on the back of the bathroom door and the smell of fireplace smoke in the house, we were very disappointed in Evolve. If housekeeping had been there…it definitely didn’t look or smell like it. Not the experience we had hoped for but it did provide a quiet home for sleeping at night along with washer/dryer. Kitchen stocked minimally but ample for our group of 3 people.
