• Nice house crappy neighborhood

  Went to hot springs to relax but that’s not what happened coz the property I rented was very hot. The aircon was not working and aircon man came at 12midnight to fix it. Took an hour to fix it. Had migraine next day from lack of sleep. Mirror busted in one room, too.

  Neighborhood seemed unsafe esp at night when it is poorly lit. Asked for some discount for the inconvenience but it fell on deaf ears. Will not go back there

• Busted aircon from the start!

  We arrived at 9pm. The place was pitch dark. The neighborhood looked shady at night!

  Entered house and it was very hot! Turned fans on and house cooled a little. Called manager who said aircon man can come at 10-12 or in the morning. It was hot so I waited till 12 am. Aircon man took 1 hour to fix. Next day I had migraine from lack of sleep. I was so miserable the next day which was the only day I can enjoy hot springs, AR! Bummer!

  Oh did I mention that the mirror in one of the rooms was badly cracked?

  Details like these should have been fixed prior to renting!

  -"Thank you for your feedback and for bringing these concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay.
  -Regarding the A/C issue, we apologize for any discomfort caused. Our records show that the A/C was set to 72 degrees prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, when the temperature was adjusted to 62 degrees upon your arrival, it caused the unit to freeze up. We immediately dispatched an air conditioning technician to resolve the issue, paying an emergency fee for their rapid response. However, due to the severity of the freeze, it took approximately an hour to restore the unit to its normal functioning. We understand that this must have been frustrating for you, especially considering the hot and humid weather in Hot Springs.
  -We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding the cracked mirror in the bedroom. While we understand that it may not have met your expectations, we made a decision to leave it as it was not falling apart and a replacement mirror could not be delivered in time for your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
  -We also want to address your concerns about the neighborhood. We deeply apologize if you felt unsafe during your stay. We want to assure you that our neighborhood is diverse and, while it may seem unfamiliar to some, it is by no means unsafe. We have had positive interactions with our neighbors who are friendly and helpful.
  -Lastly, we appreciate your feedback regarding the lighting in the house. We understand that a dark environment can be unsettling, and we will definitely take steps to address this issue and improve the overall ambiance of the space.
  Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay. We value your feedback and will use it to enhance the experience for future guests. If there is anything else we can do to make it up to you or if you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know."

  We really enjoyed our stay house was very nice and clean and in quiet neighborhood. Easy access to downtown and other attractions in Hot Springs. I highly recommend this place to stay when in Hot Springs and plan to stay there again when visiting Hot Springs.

  We really enjoyed this house while visiting Hot Springs. House was very clean and decorated beautifully , we were very comfortable and had plenty of space that we were not on top of each other.Kids enjoyed a sitting area to themselves and was not bored .

  I will definitely return to this house again.
