Unacceptable
1/5 Would you like to see pictures because those are worth a thousand words! Filthy, smelled very bad, spider webs throughout, roaches. The property had paint peeling off everywhere, back porch was scary, dark and filthy! A refund was requested and have nothing from Evolve. Completely unacceptable!

-The owner promptly responded once you reached out regarding the shower. We encourage guests to reach out to the Guest Contact or Evolve while they are in residence with all issues so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay
-We're sorry you were not 100% satisfied with the house cleaning. Cleanliness and sanitization are our top priorities, we will address your concerns regarding the cleanliness of the townhome with the cleaning company so this issue does not affect future guests
-We understand how valuable your travel experiences are, and as a neutral third party, we rely heavily on documentation to best address reported issues. In the absence of documentation, we must use our best judgment based on statements provided by all parties

1/5 Tub had pink mold around drain. Paint peeling everywhere. Tired to contact person about internet. Never got a return call. Nothing provided such as coffee shampoo soap etc. Furniture super uncomfortable. Deck was unswept and very dirty. Beds were ok considering. Loud neighbors. Would not stay again.

Uncomfortable
3/5 The living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. we sat at table and chairs to watch tv and since there were no chair pads, even that was uncomfortable. We are in our 70's so it made for an unpleasant stay.
