Too many stairs
4/5 The condo was great with the exception of the stairs. It seems that each room is on a different level. Not alot of steps each time but more than we liked. Other than that we had a good time.

5/5 We were 2 adults and 5 kids.We had enough room for another couple and kid but they couldn’t make it. Great location with beautiful lake views from all rooms! Townhome had all the needed kitchen equipment. Enjoyed the pool every night. 15 minutes to Magic Springs. We ate at Blue Monkey yum for cheap. The only negative was the grill didn’t have propane so we couldn’t cook out like we had planned. And wish we could’ve booked without Envolve &350 fee. All in all great experience and we would love to come back! Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Overall
3/5 Great views and large rooms made it a great stay. However, there were several lights with burned out bulbs and the railing on the deck was very loose and made it unsafe for my kids to be on the patio. The patio also had broken chairs and needed to be cleaned.

From the owner: "Alexander, we are glad you enjoyed your stay at Pretti Point! Our POA is in the process of remodeling all of the balconies. Our engineers and contractors assured us the handrailings are structurally sound and we will make sure they are tightened immediately. We went by the property today and made sure there was nothing on the balcony that was broken. Thanks for bringing this to our attention."
