  The house was great. They were a few things that were wrong, but nothing major. Very spacious we love the kitchen. Our kids love that their rooms were downstairs and they had their own area to watch TV. The house was close to everything. my wife and I love the house so much we

  wish that the house was for sale because we would really love to own it.

  It was a Beautiful and relaxing experience. The facility was clean. The only thing was all the hills and curves driving up. I didn't know it was in the mountains big surprises. Despite all that it was one of the best relaxing vacations we had. Will definitely recommend if you're ok with driving on a roller-coaster. Lol

  Our family of 6 gathered for Thanksgiving in this amazing property. The house is perfectly stocked and we had a grocery store nearby for last minute shopping. The kitchen and dining room was perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner. The family room was super cozy and had enough seating for all of us to enjoy the fireplace, games and TV. We truly enjoyed this property and had room for all of our family members. We had individual privacy as well as various places to gather. The bathrooms were spacious and well stocked with towels. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms had plenty closet space to put away our luggage. When I return to the Hot springs area, I would definitely return to this property. Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

  Hot Springs Village is a beautiful retirement area and homes. Gated communities (East) with most golf access. South side is gate key for property owners and not not much to explore outside gate. Majority of everything you need is accessed by west gate. Do your own homework, including running the main roads finding out what places offer what and where. Our 2 full days was spent more in HS than in the village. The house was nice for 4 couples (one on queen sofa sleeper/no door). Bedroom at lower left had a bed with dip in middle of mattress. Door access outside to back, but watch for spiders and webs (including inside). Two twin rooms was connected with very good accommodations; had no problems with it and would stay there again. Sofa sleeper is just that; we used a lot of accessible pillows to help adjust. The bedroom lower right was simple and not cluttered, connected to bathroom lower level; however, the door would shut but not lock. Bring or buy your own toilet paper as they only give you enough to get you started. They provided travel size toiletries so plan to bring that as well. Extra cabinets is great for small toiletries bags. Upper level main entrance was nice. The Master suite was amazing and clean and they had little travel size toiletries. Lots of seating. We had to modify seating all at dinner table but once was enough as the second night was laid back pizza night from Charlie's Pizza Pub. Kitchen was good for storing group groceries upon arrival. Lots of beautiful cabinets with storage for extras. Bar stools beautiful, but needs maintenance. Deck was large with comfortable furniture, nice view, string of white lights at night, & watch lighting bugs.Living room was good to social. Games at dinner table is crowded. Printer at entry way but we did not use. Info folder provided is “owner” material, not accessible to HSV guest. Overall house amenities were great. Some kitchen pots, pans and bowls are in bad shape and should be discarded. Traveling within HSV is a beautiful ride on major roads. Outsiders have always wanted an inside view. I’m glad their HOA is opening it up; however, don’t let the gate fool you. Be very cautious for speed, police, stop signs, but mostly deer. Lot of deer were spotted throughout the entire village. It is very beautiful but obviously can be dangerous. Recommend: map of amenities with prices or access to pricing for renters, fees are still unclear; bathroom hooks, Replace fridge water filter; correct WiFi
