  This condo was amazing. The bed is very comfortable. Kitchen has all the supplies you would typically need. The only thing and reason I marked it down to a four stars is the air conditioning controls. It only lets you keep the AC on for short periods of time, for example, in hell 11:30 PM and then it turns off and goes back up to 80° so while you’re sleeping wake up sweating.

• decent place but communication needs improvement

  We had a good time but a few disappointments. The main pool was closed the entire time. The first day we understood due to the storm that had gone through. But the weather was great and no storm and the pool was still closed. The hot tubs were luke warm at best. Our unit didnt have trash bags which was an inconvenience. We also had no idea the bin outside the door was our towels/linens. So we went the first day and half without towels until we figured it out. Communication was not great.

  - We’re sorry about the main pool being closed for the duration of your stay. While it was initially due to the storm, we understand your frustration that it remained closed afterward. This was out of our control, as the pools are managed by the complex
  - We apologize for the inconvenience of not having trash bags in the unit, and we understand there was confusion about where to find your linens and towels
  - We wish you had reached out to us about any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home

• Lovely beachfront condo

  We really enjoyed the condo- the furnishings and kitchen amenities were perfect. We were able to grocery shop and cook all our own meals. The bed was very comfortable and there is a great view from the balcony of the pool and ocean. The only items missing were garbage bags for the trash bin and a sponge for washing dishes- I alerted the property manager and they said they would take care of that for the next guest. We did see a palmetto bug on a closet door but I know they’re common in the south. The beach access is great- the condo building itself is a bit dated but the unit itself is very modern.
