Perfect
5/5 The condo was tastefully decorated, immaculate, and spacious. The views from the balcony are outstanding. The kitchen had everything we could ask for. There are thoughtful touches like a plastic step stool in the bathroom so little ones can reach more easily, and a welcome basket. Monica was quick to respond with any issue we had. The unit was comfortable and perfect as far as we were concerned.

5/5 We had a great time staying at north topsail. We enjoyed ebertbing the place had to offer. We loved the beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. Make sure to bring linens and there is everything else you need at Monika’s

Absolutely Amazing Views!
5/5 The pictures do not do this place justice. The condo was beautiful. The views of the ocean and beach from the living area and primary bedroom were unbeatable! The sight and sound of the ocean make it understandable that the owners call this their happy place! The pool was a nice addition for when my youngest wanted a break from the waves. My husband and I spent each morning drinking our coffee on the patio, taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean. Our entire family loved our stay. It was our second time in Topsail, but our first time staying here. Topsail has easily become my new favorite beach. Our kids are already asking if we can stay at this condo next year. The owners were great and helping with any concerns. I do not have a single complaint or suggestion because it was just perfect! I truly hope to be back!
