  This was the NASTIEST condo I’ve ever stayed in. The afternoon we got there we were unpacking while my one year old crawled around and he was pure black on his knees, feet, and hands. The number they tell you to call or text would not respond to the pics I sent so I had to call Evolve and email pick and they immediately sent someone to clean the floors but guess what? They were still nasty. The room my husband and I stayed in had actual blood on the pillows and you could smell that the linens had not been washed. We also went twice to pay for parking passes and there was no one in the office. Called the number on the door and it wasn’t the person working in the office, it was another woman (owner maybe?) who was absolutely no help so we ended up with a parking violation ticket and the office basically said “oh well”. There is also not enough parking spots for the people are paying to stay in the condos so one night we had to park somewhere else that wasn’t on property. It was so bad. The elevators are disgusting and feel like they are about to break down from the shaking and jerking. The dishes that were there were also nasty and not clean. We payed good money to stay at the nastiest and trashiest condo I’ve ever experienced and I will never be back. I’ve never had to write a bad review before but I would hate for someone else to pay a lot of money to have the awful experience we did.

  View was great location great. Room? Tv sucked ac and heat is still a mystery. Room not as clean as expected

  -The thermostat for cooling and heating is controlled by a Smart Nest and the host contact can provide help if needed.

  very disappointed that coffee pot was a Keurig, which we were not told in advance. We

  went out and bought k cups, then the pot did not work. We contacted Brandy, who was to be contacted for any issues. She would not bring us a working pot. We asked to be moved to another unit. she said we would have to contact Evolve or vrb. We contacted both and they said it was not their responsibility, to contact the owners. Brandy would not give us their contact info.
