  Needs repairs and updates.

  The floors and the couch was dirty.

  Visible black mold in all of the vents.

  The rugs in both bathrooms were dirty and I was fearful if I washed them thy may fall apart.

  The cleaning fee is high to find the property this dirty.

  - Our floors are cleaned after each guest, and we've ensured they're in guest-ready condition. Additionally, we've washed all slipcovers on the sofa to ensure they are fresh and clean.
  - After inspecting the vents, we found them to be a bit dusty, but there is no black mold. They have been thoroughly cleaned and painted.
  - To enhance the experience for our future guests, we've replaced all rugs and towels.

  We had a great stay. We let our son choose our destination for his senior trip. House was perfect for the 6 of us with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. We loved the relax style of the island and beaches.

• Nasty, roaches

  Not at all as advertised. The view was minimal, roaches in the kitchen washroom area, the floor in the washroom area was disgusting, and the freight elevator was unusable which made no sense considering the stairs. The toilet in the main bedroom rocked like we were going to fall in the tub every time we sat down and house smelled musty and old. There was a place

  In the ceiling that was gross and looked leaky.

  Hi Yvette, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We take claims like this seriously and would like to clarify the items mentioned in your review:
  - The homeowners immediately had a professional team investigate the property for pests. The technicians did not find any evidence of pests, and this report was forwarded to Evolve as evidence.
  - If the doors are left open, pests can occasionally enter, so we believe you may have experienced a few harmless bugs during your stay.
  - We do use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressing.
  - We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
  - We had our maintenance crew look into your concerns and they did not find any problems with the floor. A plumber has fixed the commode and we apologize that this issue impacted your stay.
  - The ceiling air vent did have a small leak that came from an air-conditioned vent where water moisture had accumulated, there are no roof leaks.
  - Also, the cargo lift is not a guest amenity and is not to be used by our guests. Thank you for understanding.
  - We do apologize that we were unable to come to an agreeable solution based on the documentation provided but are confident that future guests will have excellent stays here!

  WE HAVE FROENDS THAT LIVE ON THE ISLAND AND HAVE A BIG BOAT - THEY INVITED US UP FOR A RED SNAPPER TRIP - WE LOCATED THIS HOUSE VIA VRBO - UPON ARRIVAL WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED - CLEAN YARD - VERY CLEAN HOUSE - BEDS WERE COMFY - THE ENTIRE HOUSE WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND RELAXING - YOU DEFINATELY FELT LIKE YOU WERE AT HOME INSTEAD OF STAYING AT JUST SOME OLE HOUSE - THANKS FOR EVERYTHING - P.S. THANKS TO WHO EVER LEFT THE COFFEE IN THE FREEZER - THAT WAS ONE THING I FORGOT TO BRING AND TRUST ME AFTER A 7 HOUR RIDE TO GET THERE I NEEDED A GOOD CUP OF COFFEE - I WILL FOR SURE BRAG ABOUT THIS PLACE
