• A fall week in the mountains

  Three friends and I stayed in this wonderful cabin! We found it to be very nice, clean and well maintained! A fantastic get-away.

• Cleanliness was non existent

  The Home was a disaster when it comes to not being clean Han hair on pillow cases dog hair all over the rugs floor and furniture leftovers in the toilet hair and toothpaste in sink in bathroom. We washed our sheets before use not knowing if they were clean or not dishwasher leaked coffee maker had mold so we went to local market every morning to get coffee. The real unfortunate part was that the management company didn't respond to any of our text/calls/and emails. Would not stay here again!

We had two missed cleanings due to this transition and summer help replacement. Your stay was unfortunately one of them.
  We did our best to take care of you right away, and Evolve will be making sure we make it right with you.
  We will make sure moving forward that this does not happen again."

• So dirty we left

  This house was so dirty we had to leave and find another place to stay on July 4th at 5:00 in the evening. There was smashed food on the floor, dining table was sticky all over, bathrooms had weeks of hair build up, the bathroom rugs sloughed off dirt when picked up, hair on the sheets, equipment throughout the home, back porch was so dirty we would not have been able to sit at the tables. Directions to the home are not helpful. The property manager never got back with me about a refund, after several communications. She also never even filed for me to get my refund, probably because it was her daughter who was the house cleaner. The home looks like it is lived in on a regular basis and rented out. We ended up spending an additional $500 to stay somewhere else. Not pleased.

  We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. Our cleaners video and take photos after every cleaning to ensure that everything is ready to go for the next guest.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experience we are known for."
