Couples Trip
2/5 Property was in a great location and nice area. We did know when booking there was no A/C make sure you bring extra fans upstairs was extremely hot and had no ceiling fans. Also was told on the day of our booking the grass had not been cut at the property was told they were cutting in Saturday and by Monday the grass still hadn’t been cut which made the bugs miserable.
We also ended up running out of toilet paper and garbage bags which they did end up sending some my recommendation would be to bring some extra of your own if going with a large group.Other then a couple negatives we did have a good time but definitely think there is things they could improve on especially for how much it was for a weekend.

- The listing does state that the property does not have A/C, but we do provide two stand-up fans, which are both located upstairs. Additionally, there is a fan in the double bedroom
- We strive to ensure that the property is stocked with essentials, but we apologize for the oversight. We promptly responded to your request for additional toilet paper and garbage bags
- Regarding the lawn, the usual maintenance schedule was disrupted due to an unexpected illness with the lawn crew. This was an isolated incident, as the grass is typically cut every Thursday
