Great Location
3/5 The home is in a great location and I was excited for my first trip to Seattle but the home is in need of some repairs and a serious deep cleaning. I’m not sure if the owner is aware of these things or if they have a property management company taking care of things but it needs to be brought to light in order to fix or correct the things in the home or reevaluate and potentially lower the cost to rent the home as it is not worth the amount that was paid. (I’m going to leave private remarks for Evolve to share with the owner to hopefully correct the deficiencies as it is not my intention to speak negatively about the property without giving the owner a chance to fix things)
Pleasant Stay
4/5 Overall the house was very comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately we were not able to use the roof because the umbrella was broken and we did not have shade, and the four chairs were all broken and there were only two cushions. The pullout in the living room was very uncomfortable to sleep on and way too small to accommodate two people, so we had to get an air mattress.
Nice property but cleanliness could be better
4/5 My parents stayed in this property for one week. I live a few blocks away and really like the neighbourhood. The property is relatively new and well maintained. Two points would have made the stay more enjoyable:1) Cleanliness was sub-optimal with trash left under the bed and under the couch. Also a lot of dust near the air conditioning heads. 2) There was no toaster in the house. Apart from these two issues, it was a pleasant stay.

Clean, modern, well-equipped!
5/5 Beautiful townhome and close to fun restaurants. Had all the stuff we needed (cookware, extra toilet paper and soap etc.). Parking can be tricky, but never had to walk more than a block!
