Great home away from home
5/5 We came out to Virginia for a tournament but didn't want to stay in a hotel. This apartment was perfect for us. My daughter and I checked in late at night and were a little nervous with the area because it was so dark out. But the next day I was able to get out and explore. It is such a cute, quaint, welcoming town. This apartment was about 100 feet away from two awesome little restaurants, about .5 mile away from a pilates studio, an ice cream shop and many other amazing spots that were nestled amongst all the over grown trees and brick buildings. I also found a bike park about a mile away with a great park.
We definitely felt at home and felt like we really picked up our lives from California and were "real" Virginia residents for a week. I can't wait for next year's tournament. We will absolutely be back.

5/5 This unit was the perfect space for a short weekend away. Just appointed enough to feel like a home without making the space feel tight in any way. Our little family with young kids fit perfectly here. We would absolutely stay again!

5/5 We traveled to Richmond to visit my son and his wife, who lived a block from the property. The home was decorated beautifully and charming. We loved the screened-in porch and the balcony, where we enjoyed having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The neighborhood restaurants were delicious! We will be planning a trip back soon! Thanks for hosting us!

Home away from home
5/5 This is a sparkling clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming apartment in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. Good places to eat within walking distance of a mile. So different from the congested busy Fan area. Highly recommended.

Church Hill Dream
5/5 Really enjoyed our stay. The place was great and plenty of room. Clean and updated with several balconies. Neighborhood's was safe and many places to eat close and walkable. Several parks nearby and the James River walk/Browns island was a short drive.
