  As the owner of a short-term rental property I appreciate the importance of these reviews. However, rentals like this give the rest of us a bad name. While the Evolve rep, Barbara was as accommodating as she could be, the bottom line is, the place she is assigned to manage is awful. First, it is broom swept, not clean. When we arrived, the “fully applianced” kitchen had literally no salt or pepper, two forks, a few badly scratched Teflon pans, NO can opener or ice tray; the ice maker was not working. The kitchen sponge was nasty and was immediately tossed out. The dishwasher tips out of the cabinet when opened, the sink has no sprayer. The property advertises as sleep six. There are two queen sized beds and a futon, which doubled as a couch. The mattresses look like they were picked up off the street. Two people could sit on this couch uncomfortably, three if they were being interrogated. The remaining seating consists of dining table chairs that are ready to fall apart and four bar stools. Heating in December was two window air conditioners with “heat” settings in the bedrooms and a portable electric heater for the entire downstairs. After reading some or the reviews for this property unfortunately after we got there, I see several of my complaints were mentioned in reviews from 2 years ago. They have not been addressed. The equipment and “amenities” that were there screamed, “if we could do this any cheaper, we would.” The owner should try living there for a week.

  This was a great property. Clean, spacious, with everything you’d need. Easy access to all the ski resorts. Would stay again!

  Great location for what we needed. Able to walk to many coffee shops and fun stores. Enjoyed.
