Beautiful, roomy and comfortable home with very responsive owner.
5/5 We stayed at this beautiful home for an end of summer trip to the river with our teenage kids and some of their friends. Even though the water level was extremely low you could still get in the water from their dock and hangout. The owner was very responsive and even overnight shipped a new coffee maker when we couldn’t figure out how to work the one at the house. The beds were very comfortable and the home was professionally decorated and very roomy.
Annual family trip
5/5 Place was beautiful and clean. Plenty of supplies. River was still down and mucky , but that didn’t keep us from immensely enjoying ourselves . A time to being all three of our son’s family’s together. Thank you for inviting us into your home.

A hidden gem
5/5 We never thought about visiting Seguin before, but this property for our needs and we are so glad we decided to book it. We were a group of four families with kids coming from Austin to spend a holiday weekend together. The home was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We grilled, made s’mores, and had a great time.

River House for Labor Day weekend
5/5 The house was well-stocked, comfortable and beautiful. Everything you could imagine you would need was right there. The photos don’t do it justice - it was very spacious and perfect for four families with their kiddos. Brandy was a very responsive host. We would absolutely stay here again.

Incredible place
5/5 This house is very well maintained and has plenty of amenities. Water is low on river but they have temporary stairs and floating deck for access to water. Still plenty deep to play in. Very enjoyable and great place
