Great place if you’re just going to sleep in property
4/5 Booked this property with family as a base to spend time in San Antonio. This 3 bedroom property has 3 queen size beds. The bed in the master bedroom is on casters and has a propensity to “travel” around so we had to keep readjusting it. The one tv in the house is positioned in such a way that it can only be viewed comfortably from the couch; if you sit on the loveseat recliners you only get a side view of TV. Also, either bring a streaming stick or your streaming passwords as we were unable to find cable. The WiFi is strong so we didn’t have issues with streaming channels.
The house was relatively clean but it was less well appointed than most of the other VRBO properties I have stayed in previously. The kitchen only has minimal pans and utensils and only a few plates and other dishes. There isn’t a sauce pan big enough to even cook pasta so plan to either bring your own or plan to eat at restaurants. There was no toaster to be found.
The main disappointment was the deck area. The back porch does not have the pergola shown in the photos so there is no shade and the deck area by the backdoor is starting to rot. The back yard is overgrown with dried weeds and, by the “gamey” smell, there appears to be a wild animal living underneath the deck.
If you are are planning to spend most of your time out of the house exploring San Antonio then this property is great. If you plan to spend any greater amount of time in the house, this property is not ideal.

Very beautiful house, Lackland accessible!
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay here. Only 20 min from Lackland AFB Luke gate and very quiet neighborhood. Dishes, coffee bar, and towels provided made it very convenient. Might be back for another BMT graduation and hope this property is available when I come back.
