Surfside visit
5/5 The property was great, there were a couple small issues that would have been great to know on the front side. But the host and contact were very good to respond timely and to make concessions. We were very happy with the house and would definitely book again if we went back to Surfside.

Our Visit
3/5 Our stay was decent overall, with the amenities being perfect and as advertised. Pots, appliances, kitchen needs, showering needs, etc. The cleanliness of the house was nice, aside from the multiple stains that were found on various places of the carpet. Additionally, the communication with the management company was horrible, as they never got back to us with our problems, ultimately leaving us with no answer to our questions. Check-in was also difficult, as we weren't able to enter into any of the doors because of unknown complications and difficulty with the AC. Overall, the stay at this house was convenient because of the amenities and the location of the house, but we don't plan on returning in the future.
