Very disappointed
1/5 The house was nice. The location to the beach was nice. That’s about it. The host was Very slow in giving us the code to enter the home. After A very long plane trip with two toddlers Needless to say, this was not OK! The house itself was not stocked with many of the essentials that you will need. But the final straw was the pull out Couch was broken And had an Extremely bloody mattress on it. Neither the host, Evolve nor VRBO has offered a reasonable Solution for this inconvenience. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this home.

We’ve confirmed that the pre-stay email, including detailed check-in instructions, was sent before your arrival. Additionally, a pack-and-play was not listed in the property description, nor did we confirm its availability prior to your stay. Regarding the furniture, it was included with the property’s purchase and we didn’t know there was a pull-out sofa bed. If we had known, we would have listed that the property could sleep more guests. Thank you for letting us know that the mattress was stained in the pull-out sofa. Had we been made aware of this issue sooner, we would have immediately replaced it. Thank you again for accepting the compensation offered to you. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!”

Great location and lots of room
5/5 Enjoyed the location, steps away from the beach. Plenty of room and enjoyed the porch!! The beach gear was an added bonus.
