  Great location, beautifully maintained and clean house. Nice views from the balcony. Kitchen had all items that we needed.Kris, property manager, helped when needed and responded quickly to all queries.Overall, amazing stay and value for money!

• Ladies Getaway

  We loved the location and the view from the balcony. The house was close to every place we wanted to go. Our issues were with the cleanliness and maintenance of the house. While Kris was prompt in responding to our issues and addressed most of them, they should've been taken care of before we arrived. Several lights were out throughout the house and a bathroom was clearly not cleaned properly before we arrived. These oversights were disappointing and off-putting.

  -We're glad you loved the location and the view from the balcony.
  -We apologize for the cleanliness and maintenance oversights you experienced. After your feedback, the homeowner addressed the issues with the bathroom and promptly replaced the fluorescent light in the walk-in closet.
  -The slow drain in the sink was unclogged the next day, and a service was scheduled for your departure day to ensure no further issues.
  -The homeowner coordinated all maintenance and cleaning tasks to minimize disruption during your stay and offered extra towels as an added value.

• Family trip

  This was our first family trip in years! The home was wonderful and beautiful, with a very responsive contact. Everything was clean and kept in excellent condition. We noticed a spot on one of the walls where the recliner had hit when we checked in, and the contact responded within the hour.

  We only wish parking information had been updated on the website so we could have planned a little better. Site states street parking is available and it isn’t. You have to move your car to another off site location if there are more than two. But small inconvenience, overall great home, definitely recommend!

I am taking your advice and have updated the platforms on the parking restrictions regarding street parking. Normally, there are no more than two cars with the stays at this property so I didn't think about the platforms stating no street parking, but it's a great idea.
