  Apparently there was a water main break which is obviously out of her control, however, when she called me to cancel 24 hours before checking in she told me she'd known since that morning but waited until around 3pm to let me know. I had actually reached out to her a few weeks before check in to ask a couple questions and i never got a response. She then suggested a hotel for my party of 8. The other suggestion was her friends cabin that was almost double the cost of this cabin. I was definitely in a panic to find something but was able to book another cabin for $1500 cheaper that was actually a lot nicer. So it all worked out for my family. I'd say she needs to work on communication.

• Beautiful, Spacious Cabin for the whole Family

  This cabin was perfect for our three generation family. It had everything we needed and more. The game room and theater room were favorites for our group. The hot tub was great and the view from the deck was beautiful. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was a big plus for us. Loved the big kitchen island with so much room and plenty of bar stools for the whole bunch to hang out at meal time together. We really enjoyed our stay together in your beautiful cabin.

  The cabin and hot tub were nice and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The view is fantastic! Not too far from the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. The driveway is steep and was a shock at first but was no problem for our stay. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

  Such a beautiful cabin. It was clean and well equipped. All of us were able to be comfortable and we had a great family time.

  This is the third time staying at this cabin! The layout is perfect for our family. It is close to the national park as well as Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.It has beautiful views and amazing sunsets from the deck!

  I would love to see more comfortable chairs in the living room, remove the wood in front of the fireplace and make sure the renters get the house code ahead of time. We received the code about 15 minutes late and had to call once we arrived.

  These are small things that would make this cabin even better!
