5/5 Perfectly located and well appointed home for a family visit to Knoxville. The homeowner takes great pride and making the property warm and welcoming. Like most rentals in the area, the property and amenities are a bit dated but our time spent there was just lovely!

Couldn’t stay
3/5 Beautiful house but only one bath with shower. It was advertised as two bathroom home. We needed two full bathrooms since we had our adult son with us. Miss advertising

Great rental
5/5 We rented this property for a long weekend while visiting our daughter (student at UTK). We have rented MANY properties for travel and this property was PERFECT! The location to UTK, downtown, shopping, restaurants, interstate was ideal. The house itself was immaculate and very well appointed. We had more than enough space for three of us and a nice yard for our pup. Our communication with the owner was not only efficient/responsive but very friendly. And finally, the neighborhood was quiet and very safe. We would absolutely rent this property again!! Thank you for a fabulous stay!!
