This was just what I needed. I was in Knoxville to help my daughter move into her college apartment. The location was convenient and the house was clean and comfortable.
First of all the house is cute on the outside, with a well kept lawn and appearance. I appreciated the toothbrush because I needed a new one, lol. It felt so much like he, especially because we had our dogs with us. It was nice knowing a grocery store was only 3 minutes away. And the bed was ooh so comfy. The house was clean inside with the right amount of entertainment. We would definitely stay again and bragged about how much we appreciated our first Evolve stay better than Airbnb.
The house was clean and in a convenient location. We had everything we needed. The only problem with the property is the hill that the house sits on. You see cars in that area seem to have very loud exhaust and until about 11 :30 p.m. it was kind of loud but was not a big deal for us. We enjoyed our stay
Everything was great except the street . It is on a hill and everyone thinks they have to mail the has to get up it and a lot of the cars on the are have loud exhaust .. All in All it was a ice little rental

The housing community was safe. Ideal location for the local attractions and downtown Knoxville. The house was very clean, well furnished for comfort and kitchen. I was amazed at how close to all the attractions the house is, just a few minutes to drive with little traffic. Will definitely reserve this house again when in the area.
