Great little cabin. Had all we needed. View not as great as other cabins in this neighborhood because so many trees blocking view. Was clean but a few ants in kitchen. We put ant traps out and didn’t notice any more. Temps a bit trucks as bedrooms in basement along with the thermostat. Upper was very warm and lower was very cool. Not a big deal this time of the year. Would stay again

We have rented cabins in the Smokey Mtns. and the Blue Ridge for over 20 plus years. Never experienced such a lack of effort in cabin maintenance! I'll just list the wrong things:
* ONE COFFEE MUG. The house sleeps SIX; There should have more mugs. They did have 6 expresso cups. They are way too small for coffee. Also no pitcher for tea.
* General DUSTINESS. Every light fixture in the house had a lot of dust. The fake roof in the kitchen is coated.
* NO ACCESS TO LAUNDRY. The house lists a washer/dryer and detergent was provided. But...the laundry room was locked.
* NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR TV - The system has over 900 channels. Providing a channel guide would have been helpful.
* KITCHEN CORNER CABINET HAS NO DOOR - Tacky. This unit definitely needs maintenance.
* Towels were Motel 6 quality. Rough .
We won't be back. The price spent was not worth the place we resided in. Please address the owner with our concerns. Thanks!
Very happy with the rental! Hot tub wasn’t working but not a biggie as we didn’t have time to use it anyways. Overall the place was amazing and the views were heaven sent. Place was clean when we arrived minus some spider webs and dust in places most wouldn’t be able to reach anyways. Overall we loved our stay and place. Looking forward to our next rental with them.

Loved the location and the house, but it was not very clean. We found a previous guests underwear, lots of pets hair (even the bed), and even a used tissue. The hot tub was turned to high and was over heating when we got there and we barely got to use it. This cabin would have been so nice to stay in if it had been cleaned properly. I will not be staying here again.

Cute little cabin that fit all our needs. Conveniently located just outside of Gatlinburg.
