It's a cabin
4/5 It is a cabin and wood can only be so clean. However there were stoppers missing in the sinks, faucets leak, cobwebs in the stairwell, and the downstairs shower has taken a beating. The beds squeak really bad with any movement. Otherwise it was pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Gatlinburg!
4/5 The cabin was nice and peaceful. Didn’t spend a whole lot of time there but my only complaints were, the hot tub cover was broken, WiFi didn’t work after the first day, and outside trash was filled when we arrived so didn’t have much room for garbage during our stay. The view was beautiful and it was quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Good stay
4/5 Enjoyed most of stay. Few issues. There was millipedes crawling all over the place in showers and living room and kitchen they need to address we just killed them but there was a lot of them. Some of the light bulbs was out or didn’t have any bulbs. Buttons on hot tub messed up and light didn’t work. The filter in bottom was dirty near light needs attention. Also need to take salt and pepper spices if want any. If using grill take foil. Lighter to ignite. But we enjoyed our stay. Also take spray for pans they stick. But it was very nice we made due. Happy a good stay. Beautiful.
Great House Just Needs A Few Things
4/5 Great house and great location with great views! House needs to have all burned out light bulbs changed (including the microwave light over the stove), very annoying and not hard to stay on top of.
There were no simple condiments like salt and pepper, cooking spray, etc. This is a home that people will likely cook in during their stay. It's furnished with all the other items to cook, why not have some simple condiments/spices?
We used the grill, which was great to have. Yet the igniter button did not work and there was no lighter in the home. We had to drive to the store to buy a lighter and simple condiments for cooking.
Must Stay
5/5 Our family stayed here for a short Thursday- Sunday trip and it was wonderful. The cabin was beautiful, and the views were perfect. There is a tree that when green will block the mountain view on one level, but there are other spots to look at them. The hot tub is on and working, but the temperature button is broken so I will not get above 104 degrees and that takes some effort. The location is close to everything and we never had an issue with neighboring cabins. Pizza places also deliver there. We will absolutely be back.
