Great place to stay.
5/5 Picked this place for 4 of us and it was great. 2min walk to the beach. House was clean and had all the needed items for a long stay. Close to shopping and looks like it would be a happening area in the busy season. Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Get a Way
5/5 The house was absolutely beautiful I booked this home on Wednesday it was approved Thursday with no problems didn’t have to wait on the day for the address or the access code will definitely book with them again.

Disappointing Stay at the Beach
2/5 This was a very disappointing stay at North Myrtle Beach for our daughter's wedding. We were so looking forward to staying at this house. When we arrived, the house was very dirty, there was also garbage on the back deck, and also dirty clothing on the upper deck. The dock was out, and we were not informed of this until right before departing for our trip. The kids were disappointed. The air conditioning only works well on the first floor. You cannot sleep upstairs, it is way too hot. We called for air conditioning repair, someone came out, but it barely helped. Also the pipes to the outdoor shower and hose to rinse off are cracked and leaking, you have to crawl under the front deck to turn the water on and off. Also, the dryer does not dry clothing, so we could not wash clothes and towels. I noticed that this house has recently sold, I hope that the new owners give this house some TLC and make some repairs. We paid a lot of money to only be disappointed and frustrated. The house is in a great location, close to the beach with a beautiful view. We rented a golf cart which was great to drive to the beach and run up to the corner grocery store.
