    We had nats flying around the whole time. We figurwd they were comin out os sink Both tvs would not connect to cable. I called Nd got one of them working the second day of my stay. Pics not same as actual space. They need updating. The view was the best at this location. We usually stay at the Oceans. This unit needs some updating.

    - We're disappointed to hear your stay didn't fully meet your expectations and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
    - We were unaware that there were any issues or concerns with pests during your stay and wished you had made us aware. We would have been more than happy to help. Gnats are common in the area and have been known to be problematic when the wind blows in from the land. We encourage our guests to keep the doors closed to prevent their entry into the home.
    - When you reached out to make us aware there was an issue with the TV, we promptly responded and sent the maintenance team to the property. It was determined they were both working fine but had to be reset due to changes a previous guest had made, but we're sorry this happened during your stay.
    - We had recently requested to have new photos of the property to reflect the changes and updates we have made. We apologize if this caught you off guard, but we can confirm that our listing has been updated with the new photos.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  • Best Beach retreat

    We found this 11th floor condo on Evolve.com. From the first request to final booking, everything went without a flaw. The address is easy to find; parking was plentiful and there were many luggage carts onsite to help with baggage. The owner had left us some brochures for suggestions on where to eat in Cherry Grove. Snooky's was our choice; great place with great food and in easy walking distance from the condo. The unit itself had been updated with new furniture, much prettier than the pictures described. Two new sofas and chairs and plenty of room for chairs on the balcony overlooking the water.

    The view from the balcony is just as described. Evolve provided the price and all info upfront and we found it all to be accurate. We would book this condo and this oceanfront building again.
