  • View is great, cleaning could be better


    Upon arrival, we had to do some cleaning to make it acceptable to us. The floors were filthy, we found other peoples hair in the bathroom and one pillow and pillowcase smelled like vomit. We did let Evolve know about the issue and they were prompt and helpful in making it right. There is something wrong with the dryer, as it does not shut properly or latch with out serious work and banging with the heel of the palm to get it to lock and start. The washer is hit and miss sometimes it started no problem, sometimes had to start it 2-3 times to get a whole cycle to go. Could use some updating in the kitchen, especially the cabinets. The beds were comfortable and the location and view is perfect. Only other real issue is the door knob/key to get into the unit. There is only 1 and you have to leave the key in and turn it to the right and then push the door open and it takes a bit of effort to get the key back out. The outdoor furniture is not what is pictured, just 6 basic chairs that are not very comfortable, especially for larger people. A few loungers would be a nice addition to the balcony. Personally, I prefer to book directly with the owner and am not a fan of booking with a company and then having the contact person for issues being another company and one that is not very responsive or helpful.

  • Not Best Stay


    Unit was fairly nice but got there and was only 1 key. Dryer wasn't working. Washed a load of clothes and put in dryer and dryer came on but clothes wouldn't tumble. Had to hang clothes on hangers to dry. Couldn't wash bath towels or any clothes all week which was an inconvenience. Contact wouldn't return calls, texts or emails so had to contact Evolve Property who tried to call contact with no response and had to get owner of condo involved who had to get repairman to come out and look at dryer who had to order the part. Dryer never got fixed. We wouldn't stay in that unit again with the propery contact they currently have. .

    - We value the condition of our appliances in the home and we sincerely apologize for the issue with the dryer. We were informed that the dryer had broken down after the previous guests checked out, and there was only a 6-hour window before you arrived, and checked in, making it challenging to get it repaired in time. We arranged for appliance service personnel and they arrived within 24 hours of your check-in, but a replacement part was required. The part arrived in 5 days and was installed the day after you checked out.
    - We recognize the importance of ensuring guests have access to a quick and efficient guest contact. We are in the process of evaluating our options for improving our local Guest Contact service which will; thereby, provide improved guests assistance during their stay.
    We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to hosting many satisfied guests.

  • Great Rental


    When receiving the check-in instructions, did not receive the room number. This made it a little challenging at the guard stand at the gate entrance. We were very quickly able to get in touch with the rental company evolve, and receive this information.The condo was great, but with every condo rental, you experience issues or challenges. Evolve made it very easy to communicate these challenges and we had a great Thanksgiving vacation!

  • Perfect area


    The grounds were well kept and the area the condo was situated was perfect for us. The view was spectacular and the unit was well equipped. Although, cleaning of the condo needs some improvement, in particular the floors. Additionally, do not count on using the pool that is shown in the photos from the view of the balcony, it belongs to another complex and the North Hampton complex doesn’t have access to it. The pool for this condo is way smaller. Beach area was clean and a short walk from the building. Overall, we enjoyed our two week stay. A slight improvement in the cleaning of the condo and it would be a 5 star for us!
