5/5 I would highly recommend this property. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 child. Our 8 year old daughter loved the pool, splash park, lazy river, playground and beach, and we loved the live music at the quarterdeck. And everything was just a minute walk away. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay again.

GREAT PROXIMITY TO BEACH
4/5 Mrtyle Beach Resort great! Condo could be better stocked with cookware and utensils. Owner ver responsive. Beach equipment, is offered as a courtesy, but mostly worn out.

Thank you for your response, and I'm shocked about the cookware and utensils because my wife had purchased brand new cookware and about 50-piece silverware. But understanding things have gone missing in this unit. It's a shame that people commit and do these unruly acts. Then I read this review, and I'm shaking my head, simply because we stocked up the condo with the necessities for every guest not to experience this. We also have brand new beach equipment we were bringing down in December to replace it. I am happy you had a good time overall experience; I remember speaking to you and accommodating your request with your son's early arrival.
We take great pride in our property and want to ensure that all our guests have a memorable and wonderful stay.

5/5 This condo was GREAT! Plenty of room for 5 adults and a teenager. Resort has everything you want. Owner, Ronnie was very helpful. Would highly recommend! Very close to beach and pool also!
