Both the regular mattress and sofa mattress were extremely uncomfortable. Bedding also appeared to be mismatched and it wasn’t very clear if extra pillows or sheets were actually clean.
Would personally choose someplace else next time because I value quality sleep. On the bright side, the location was great and everything did seem to work properly.
There are also some requests to be aware of — such as having to take out all the trash yourself and needing to start the dishwasher.

- While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. Mattress taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past. Our cleaning staff ensures that all bedding is matched with everything.
- As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like removing their trash, as part of checkout.
- Communication is important to us and we maintain consistent availability. We encourage guests to reach out with any questions or concerns so we have the opportunity to address them immediately.

Nightmare. Please contact me. Water all over the kitchen, my husband working to try and fix the garbage disposal. Clean up tons of water, had to watch tons of nasty dirty towels and then it started backing up in the sink so we had to keep emptying with pots and pans over the balcony to keep the whole place from
Flooding. This lasted all night on Saturday and it was still not resolved on Sunday at 4. We packed up and checkout before it happened all over again. I have pics of the problems clean up etc. please contact me for reembersment asap!
