4/5 The location is great, right next to the Westin hotel and Port Royal plantation. Good amenities, clean, and responsive guest contact.
Great Villa Walking Distance to Beach
5/5 Our small family (myself, my wife and our toddler) had a great stay at this villa. This is our third time to HHI but first time staying in this complex. The beach (Islanders Beach Park) was a quick 10 min walk from the villa and there was plenty of parking at the villa. Bike trails await along with all that HHI has to offer. The villa has everything one needs for time at the beach with lots of cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. The giant tub and two state-of-the-art showers were nice as well. Tricia is a very attentive property manager and checked in on us to see if we needed anything as we prepared for Tropical Storm Idalia to roll through. There is some construction taking place behind the villa so just something to keep aware of but nothing that would deter us from staying here again. 5 stars is well deserved for this property.

5/5 We had a wonderful visit to Hilton Head, and this accommodation was perfect for our needs. A beautiful second-story villa that was incredibly comfortable, inviting, and only a short walk to the beach. The villa had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, and the showers... just wow!!
Communication with the host was excellent, and we would definitely recommend you look into this beautiful villa for a stay in Hilton Head.
Lovely stay!
5/5 Lovely place with a great location and easy walk to the beach. The screened porch was very relaxing. The only thing I would encourage the owner to do is have a book available with location of where to put garbage, recycling, location of pools and maybe a few other things to do in the area. A minor thing is we did not realize at the facility only had starter supplies we would have brought extra trash bags, dishwasher soap and TP. We enjoyed the place and would stay here again!

Best Experience - Bri's Engagement
5/5 My daughter was getting engaged on the beach. We had a fabulous stay starting with the VRBO we rented. It was perfect. Roomy and clean. Trish, the Property Manager, was fabulous and always available to answer questions.
