Relaxing Opportunity
4/5 We had a great week overall. We stayed in the same area last year. The condo we had last year had a more quiet neighborhood and was overall more comfortable and clean.

`Vacation
4/5 Positives were that we had a very short walk to the beach and the location was quiet and family oriented.The owners really need to rethink their cleaning service in that there was hair in the tubs and on the shower walls that we had to remove and clean before they could be used. When moving the couch to remove something that had fallen behind it there was enough dirt that I believe it probably has not been cleaned behind in over a year. It is need of an update but that is something that isn't a priority for me as long as everything is clean.

Nice condo and resort
4/5 We stayed at this condo in April 2021. Easycontactless check in and check out. Condo is a very quiet end unit (no beach/water view). Large bedrooms. Provided upon arrival: 2 dishwasher tablets; 1 packet laundry soap; 1 roll paper towels; a small bottle dish soap; drip coffee maker; various cooking pots/pans; 2 small rolls toilet paper and small (40ml) lotion, shampoo and conditioner in each bath room; bath towels; GREAT wi-fi and TV. Condo does not have beach towels. $25 dollar per vehicle parking fee is not included with the rental fee. Closest access to beach is across the street and down a path. Neighborhood pool is very close but not so close at to cause noise issue. Condo could use a thorough cleaning/dusting and some maintenance. Outdoor furniture was dirty and stained with mold/mildew - had to clean before useable. The resort is beautifully landscaped and easy to navigate on foot or bike. Resort restaurants were very good. Kroger, Whole Foods, shopping, and great restaurants are close by off property.
Loved the location
5/5 We had a great time in this end unit condo. The weather was beautiful. The crowd was low and the condo was convenient to the beach. The kitchen appliances are very nice. The condo does need a little updating (start with replacing the dining room lamp) but over all we would love to stay again. Wish dogs were accepted. Everyone needs to try the food at the General Store and BJ's was fun.
