    This was our third time here, same unit 8F. The easy access to the pool and beach are great. I will say that the unit was very dusty and the dryer was filled with sand and lint. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. Other than that we had a great time.

    Hi Richard, thank you for being a loyal guest who has stayed with us multiple times, we're sorry we missed the mark this time. After sending your feedback to the owner, we’d like to share the following:
    - We want all of our guests to rest easy. While this mattress is new within the last couple of years, we recognize that mattress preference is unique to each guest and while we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective. We're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
    - We have talked with our cleaning crew to ensure that the concerns surrounding dust and lint do not recur for future travelers.
    - The HOA has recently replaced the dryer vent that leads outside. Additionally, we have a sign posted in the unit asking every guest to ensure they are cleaning out the dryer lint each time they use it.
    As is evidenced by the many great reviews, these owners are accustomed to providing memorable experiences, and we hope to host you again soon!

  • Evolve was horrible: inaccurate info and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Great place/location/owner!

    Evolve failed to give me a valid code to access the rental. The WiFi code did not work either.

    Lucky, to local contact for the owner quickly responded to my inquiry and made the stay possible.

    Evolve NEVER given a call. Without WiFi, I was forced to work and attend webinars from WholeFoods.

    The owner contacted me personally on my last day and confirmed that the messages from Evolve. He assured me that Evolve would reach out to me but there never did, not even before giving me this survey.

    I WILL NEVER USE EVOLVE AGAIN.

    It’s fine but the pictures lack some details. The beds lacked mattress covers and were very uncomfortable. Couch and pillows were visibly dirty. In need of minor repairs throughout. I would not stay here again unless beds were updated.

    - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were both surprised and disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
    - We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect our property and guests can decide before booking if the home, decor, and furnishings meet their expectations, but we're sorry if the home wasn't to your expectations.
    - We were unaware of any issues or concerns during your stay and wish you had reached out. We would have promptly responded and been more than happy to send the cleaning team back to the home to place mattress covers on the beds. Covers are typically put on the beds in preparation for our guest's stay, however, we will follow up with our cleaning team to ensure future guests do not share the same experience. Additionally, while we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
    - We have since further investigated your concerns with the couch and pillows, and can confirm that they were both clean.
    - We have since followed up in regard to your comment about minor repairs being needed. We were able to determine that two of the door stops had been broken off as well as the toilet paper holder in the guest bathroom. These were addressed and repaired.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
