Thanksgiving vacation

Good Location Beautiful home but not clean not well managed
2/5 Great location, beautiful home but we arrived at 4pm check in time and cleaning person was still there until 430. Even after that the home was dirty. Sheets hadn't been changed and had sand, glitter, urine stains, and dirty baby wipes on them. Trash was in garage and we helped her move to outside. Said it would be taken care of and never was. Questions before and during stay were not answered Unfortunate that it wasn't managed well.

Beautiful Home/Cleanliness issues
3/5 Beautiful home in great location. But, we had issues with the cleanliness of home. Cleaning person was still there when we got there at 4 (the promised check in time) and didn't leave until 420 (we had groceries and hot kids in the car). We spoke with her and she advised the party before had left it in bad shape. There were small balls left all over house and when we get to bed late, we found the sheets had not been changed. There was sand, glitter, dirty baby wipes and stains that looked like pee all over the master bedset. We found a sheet set in the closet and used that. Otherwise, I wouldn't have even stayed in the home. The trash from the previous party was in the garage and we helped the cleaning person move it to the outside area and it was overflowing the bins and left on ground. She advised she would take care of it, but it was all still there when we left. We had questions about parking and shuttle and emailed before the trip without response and several of our texts/emails during the trip were not answered. Thankfully, there wasn't an emergency.

Great for families
5/5 Our family of 4 (two teenagers) enjoyed our time immensely at this home. Property was well maintained, clean and ease of check in and out was great. Pool is just steps away and kitchen is well stocked and all tvs are live. Would book again!
