  Location was represented as beachfront right out your door, gave me the impression I was ground level. It was a unit on the 3rd floor. Consequently view was spectacular. Even though there was more than adequate room all the beds were broken and or way too hard to sleep on. Master has a sleep number bed that is completely broken and uneven. The TV in master bedroom does not work. I called, text, emailed my contact and nobody returned my call.

  Luckily we were only staying a couple days and made the best of it. Location is nice, view was incredible but several things need attention.

• Excellent location but other issues

  This location can’t be beat and it’s a lovely space with amazing views.

  I would recommend the owners save the religious decor for their personal home as not everyone shares their beliefs and doesn’t want to see it while on vacation.

  There were some issues that wouldn’t have been an issue if we weren’t charged an outrageous cleaning fee, service fee and expected to tidy up ourselves..

  The outlet in the master bath didn’t work. The fan in the master doesn’t work. The ice machine in the fridge doesn’t work (but is full of ice).

  The toilet and bath/shower was dirty and had hairballs on the wall. The dishwasher was also full when we arrived. Mix of clean and what appeared to be dirty dishes. I expected better for the costs/fees.

  We were 4 adults and one 4 yr old.

  I didn’t see that the property was on the third floor, or I wouldn’t have booked this property, the stairs were difficult for the eldest in the group.

  The layout is interesting, but it works.

  When we were settling in on our first night we discovered there were no hand towels and only 1 washcloth between all 3 bathrooms, we phoned Maria and she delivered more to us fairly quickly.

  Our last night we had a fire on the beach and roasted marshmallows.

  You can’t beat the location and the weather was amazing. October and almost 80 out.

• Wonderful!

  We loved our stay! The view, location, and amenities were perfect. We spent lots of time sitting by the windows at all times of the day, enjoying the view. Our party had 4 adults and 1 child, and the space was a good size for us all. I would highly recommend this wonderful place - we definitely hope to return in the future.
