My family and I traveled to Norman for a three-day weekend to visit the University of Oklahoma and attend the OU/ West Virginia football game. We could not have been happier with our stay.
The three-bedroom property had plenty of space for my wife and two kids. The house had been recently remodeled and is very well decorated. The master bath is extremely well done and all the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Plus the house is conveniently located within a short walk to the campus and the football stadium.
I highly recommend anyone visiting the University of Oklahoma, or Norman, in general, to stay here.

We had a nice stay at this property. It was very close to campus for our work trip to OU so that was great. The door code from the confirmation email did not work upon arrival but the property contact was very quick to respond with a code that did work. Overall, pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Great home. Nicely updated. Great location.
Overall, it was a lovely home with great taste in decor. However, minor issues when we arrived & found throughout our stay. Nothing we couldn’t handle, but none the less, perturbed. On arrival, cleaned the entire backyard area because of how dirty it was as well as kitchen. Not what I expected right before my youngest brother’s graduation but our parents & all of our other siblings planned to come over for dinner that evening & graduation ceremony began at 7pm. The grill was previously used & not cleaned so took care of this as well. In the front bathroom, the drain didn’t work properly so it backed up pretty high within minutes of water running. There was a smoke detector beeping, we couldn’t find any batteries so we dealt with it, that’s out of hosts control. No can opener for broth. No spices. Really, not many items people would use on a daily basis, no foil, no zip lock bags, etc. It was sparse compared to our rent homes as well as homes we’ve stayed in. Some outlets didn’t work, moved Keurig to the right side countertop once we had coffee to make. Coffee grounds available but no regular coffee maker. Keurig but no k cups. Several trips to the store were made but we knew we’d have to buy some things, only disappointing we had to buy more than planned. It was hot outside, black tar was dripping down on all countertops, gross & sticky. Outdoor fireplace didn’t work. Cigarette buts underneath furniture & tables outside, yuck. I hold cleaners responsible. No propane for tall heater. Good note, living areas & bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable, probably the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in renting a home & we’ve been renting homes for over 12 years. No issues with master bedroom & house stayed cool when it got hot outside. Once we cleaned the outside/ inside/ as well as the grill, all went well from there. Everyone used our shower in master bathroom because of the drain in front shower so problem solved for our time there. It was good to see family but if I were renting this home out, I would be more diligent with cleaning & repairs, checking that things are working properly. We were only there for 3 nights so we didn’t see a point in reaching out to the host on a holiday weekend. Also, we had a full/ tight schedule, & as I stated above, these were minor issues that can be resolved when home is empty & not on holiday weekend. I would stay here again & recommend to friends as long as it’s maintained properly, cleaned & well stocked for travelers.
Enjoyed our stay and the house was great.
