2/5 This property needs a lot of work for the price point. The neighborhood felt very unsafe and we were worried about our car getting broken into. Upon arrival (at 2:00am) our keypad to get into the unit wasn’t working. Overall, there is a lot of structural issues including areas where the floor was uneven. I felt as if I was sitting sideways when using the toilet. The floors were sticky. The tub was gross. It needed plunging in order for it to properly drain. The water fixtures needed to be secured into their fittings. The window pane in the bathroom wasn’t attached to the framing. The walls had unpainted spackle on them. Uncovered outlets, a lagging tv. We were very disappointed in our stay. The pictures didn’t reflect was needs to be done and we will not return.

Convenient stay near downtown
5/5 Clean apt, safe neighborhood, parking on street, large park right across street. Bed medium firm. Bathroom clean...shower water temp good. 2nd floor apt so need to do stairs. Windows did not appear to open but window AC unit there to cool down if/when it got a bit warm. Very close to lots of activities - walked to Scioto mile, baseball stadium nearby, lots of scooters all over for easy travel use. Worked great for our short 1+ day stay to visit son and daughter in law a few blocks away.

Great location!
4/5 We attended a weekend event at the convention center. It was about a 10 minute walk so the location was perfect. The apartment was very clean. Great stay!

5/5 This listing is exactly as described! Perfect location. Walked to High Street and could have probably walked to the Arena District. The only problem we had was getting the TV to work but really we weren’t there that so it wasn’t a big deal. The other issue we had (which was totally our fault) was I went to unload the car, left my phone in the room and the door closed behind me. We had no idea how to get in because I didn’t have the code 😢Finally thought to call Vrbo customer service on my bf’s phone, gave them the info they need and got the code. We made it to the concert (tickets also on my phone). My only suggestion is maybe post Vrbo customers service number where it can be seen. There were a few moments of panic!!

Great last minute booking
3/5 Our trip started off rocky due to a last minute cancellation from our other booking. I booked this place last minute, which we were both grateful we had another place to stay for the weekend.This property is a great place for a weekend stay and if you want to be close to downtown. It was pretty clean, but there were some areas that looked like there was oversight. Not a great idea for kids, lots of homeless people around this location, which is inevitable for a big city, but we were uncomfortable on some occasions.The air works great, even though it is a window unit AC! We were very happy about that with the 90° temps! Overall, this was an okay place to stay for the weekend.
