5/5 The most important thing to me is the cleanliness of the property and I felt this was very clean despite being in an older house still in need of a few updates. I think it has been recently renovated and looks great, but there was a definite chemical smell (paint or something maybe) that was noticeable when I was trying to sleep.Bathroom was very tiny and may be difficult for a larger person to use the toilet with hitting their head on the shower door. But again, worked for me and very clean!The coffee and kcups were a great touch as I need my coffee in the morning and there was no where really close by to walk to. Still a good job by property management.

Close to Convention Center but a neighborhood feel
5/5 This apartment is at the southwest corner of Goodale Park and an 8-minute walk to the Convention Center. There's a CVS within walking distance a few blocks to the northwest, and the neighborhood is a very pretty mixture of Victorian homes. The location offers easy access to the Convention Center area and many nice restaurants if you don't mind the walk. I enjoyed getting fresh air before starting my day-long conference. The bedding was comfortable, the kitchen bright and useful, although the silverware was spare. Just a few spoons, forks, and table knives. Everything was clean and comfortable. Note that there's an interstate off ramp right nearby. The AC/heater unit is a little loud when it turns on; I couldn't hear my laptop's radio function very well when it was running. But overall, a very comfortable, pleasant, convenient place to stay if you're visiting downtown.

5/5 Cozy apartment. Lovely park across the street. Less than 10 min walk to the convention center. Busy street nearby, but felt safe walking, even after dark. Would definitely stay again.
