  This house is great. Communication was easy and time efficient. There's some good wear and tear on the inside that isn't visible in the photo's. Pool is in excellent condition. Getting all of us ready with 2.5 bath was tricky but we knew that going into this.

  The full size oven doesn't work. There is a mini counter top oven that we made work. Location to strip is so close.

  The pictures do the house no justice . This place is way more beautiful than the pictures capture. Easy check-in, nice neighborhood, clean and spacious house. I would definitely stay here again.

• Hot tub timed nickel-dime machine

  Overall, good place. Clean, spacious. But let’s clear up a few things not in the listing that are misleading. There is not a hot tub that you are allowed to use the way you might think. The hottub connects to the pool, which would be kinda nice. But, the only way you can use it as a hottub is to text the owner who will (maybe, depending on the time/her responsiveness ) turn it on for you from her phone—no other option. Takes hours to heat up; you have no control over the jets whatsoever. She will reach out to you outside the app and requires you to Venmo her $25 per 2hrs of hottub time. Can’t use hottub too late at night apparently because the jets might disturb the neighbors (unlikely given stone walls). Seems disingenuous to feature a hottub and then nickel and dime this way. Also, there are 3 visible cameras in the backyard; 2 aimed at pool/hottub and 1 that is aimed at entire back patio. So, don’t expect privacy in the pool or hottub. Overall, still pretty great place but that aspect grinded my gears.

  - We do charge a small fee for extended hot tub use to cover the additional energy costs. The hot tub is on a 2.5-hour timer, and if you finish early, a quick text allows us to turn it off and conserve energy.
  - While our property sits on a large lot, we try to be considerate of our neighbors by avoiding running the pool equipment late at night. We understand you wanted to use the hot tub at 3 am, but we have to balance guest enjoyment with neighborly respect.
  - As disclosed in the listing, we do have security cameras around the perimeter of the property, which face all areas leading to the entrance. They do not look into any interior spaces. We're sorry to hear that caught you off guard.

  We traveled to Vegas to attend our brother's wedding. Our flight time had been changed days before our trip and we arrived in Vegas several hours prior to check in (3pm). Vivian was VERY accommodating and allowed us to drop our luggage off at the house AND allowed us to check in immediately following the completion of housekeeping (11AM). Highly recommend- just minutes from the strip!
