Cozy little cabin
4/5 The cabin is fine. It is small but has enough room for a queen bed which was comfortable. The kitchenette is sufficient for two people.
The only negative was the traffic noise. Cabin 1 is closest to the road.

Poor at best
1/5 Less than 1 star is generous. Spent waaayyy too much for this sorry excuse for a shack. A last minute trip I so regret. Step to get onto porch is a fall hazard, eroded and laying on a steep angle, bed was atrocious, only 2 flat pillows, no blankets, only a top quilt. Shabby, threadbare towels for bathroom. No extra anything. Share the hot water with cabin next door, only one partial roll of T paper was on the holder. We had a tv remote that didn't belong to that TV so it wouldn't work. Pool was dirty and hot tub was full of years worth of dirty water due to pump not working for a while. NOISY!! motorcycles, trucks, loud cars all day and night being right near a busy intersection and biker bar across the street. We had to buy our own T paper and trash bags since there were none. The wall outlets are so loose, plugs just fall out of the receptacles. Generally dated, dirty, with spider webs in every corner and black ants. I called the property contact and could not get ahold of him since he didn't answer and his voice mailbox was full. I tried emailing him also. I finally called Evolve and they had him call me. We had to cut our day short to meet him at the cabin to show him our concerns. He dropped off a different remote for the tv...that was it. They wouldn't change our cabin, though they had unoccupied ones, but I'm sure they were just as poor anyhow. I wish I could've left early. I would've if I could've gotten some money back. We couldn't wait to pack up and leave that final day. We found this on VRBO and I've never rented anything as bad as this, especially for the $1400 it cost us. What a huge disappointment. BTW, the owner of this dump lives in Europe and that's where he was during our stay, so we were told...(Slumlord). Take my advice, sleep in your car instead of wasting your money here.
