Unwelcome frim the start
2/5 The grass was overgrown. When we pulled up that and trash bins over turned at the curb greated us. The neighbors immediately let us know fence had large holes, dogs would get out.
There was bugs in bathroom. Coffemaker was broken. No remote for 2nd TV. tus know us know to NOT let our dogs.loose in b

- Communication is highly important to us, and we maintain consistent availability. We wish you had reached out about these issues during your stay, as we would have worked quickly to resolve them for you..
- The grass has been cut, and it will now be maintained on a biweekly schedule to prevent overgrowth.
- The coffee machine has been replaced entirely to ensure it’s fully functional for future guests.
- The cleaner has been made aware to pay more attention to detail, including ensuring the trash cans are properly managed, the correct number of washcloths and supplies are provided for guests, and the bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned.
- We’ve also addressed the basement leak to prevent any further mold concerns.
- We understand how disappointing the outdoor area was, especially for your dogs, and we’re working to repair the holes in the fence to ensure the yard is safe and secure for future guests with pets.
We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!
