modern durham home
4/5 The home is very clean and recently renovated, everything you could need was in the home, the only downside is that one of the bedrooms faces a busy road and if you're a light sleeper it can be tough to get a good nights sleep. That said the bedroom on the other side of the house is much quieter. The bathrooms are well appointed and having a half bath on the main floor is very convenient. each bedroom has its own bathroom. The first floor kitchen dining area and family room area has an open floorplan which makes it spacious and comfortable. The garbage pails are easy to access out the back door.

Family Getaway
5/5 Our family LOVED this property. Very centrally located to all that Durham has to offer. Clean and modern interior with plenty of space for a family of 4 and comfortable beds. We did need to purchase some paper products as we couldn't locate paper towels or trash bags but were able to easily make family dinners with the well stocked kitchen. Some traffic noise as property is located on a busier street but never disrupted sleep or felt unsafe with smaller children. We plan to book this property each time we visit Durham to see family!

Lovely new house
5/5 Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. It worked well for a family wedding. It was a great location and close to our other family. We'd stay here again!
