- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were both surprised and disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- Before your arrival, we hosted a guest for a 4-day stay. Following their departure, we experienced three consecutive days of rain, disrupting our regular lawn maintenance schedule. As a result, we were unable to conduct yard work before your check-in date. When you requested an early check-in and late check-out, we gladly accommodated your request. In consideration of your privacy, we postponed the yard work that was scheduled that day. However, upon your request to facilitate your Easter egg hunt, we promptly contacted the maintenance team, and the grass was mowed just a few hours later.
- We were unaware of any other issues or concerns and you had indicated via text that the home met your expectations.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.Great Place
4/5 Had a great time but only one things needs to change. The bed in the room next to the bathroom needs a new matress. It was horrible to sleep on.... other than that, great place.

Enjoyable stay
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home, though more seating could be added to the family room. A lovely note was left for us by the owner. We enjoyed playing basketball in the nice backyard with my son who was looking to relocate there.A very enjoyable stay!
