Tracy‘s condo was comfortable and in a good location within the Crow Creek community and the nearby beach. Check in procedures were easy. I really liked the guest notebook that she had organized giving information about the condo and activities in the area including restaurant menus. The outdoor pool was conveniently located within walking distance from the condo. The indoor pool could not be used because the pool pass key would not operate the entry doors. I suggested to Dave at VRO Services that the pool key be checked. It would’ve been nice if the TVs available had local tv channel access from ATMC cable (the basic cable package) especially since weather patterns can change very frequently in a beach resort area and people still like to access local and national news. It would also be nice if the owner would print better instructions on how to use the smart TV and also a printed list of TV channels available. The condo was decorated in a really nice beach theme. The king size bed was comfortable, but the queen size bed and twin beds could use some updating for mattresses and bed foundations. Crow Creek is an attractive community and within close driving distance to the nearby towns of Calabash and Sunset Beach as well as North Myrtle Beach.

Hi Jean, we’re so glad you enjoyed the location and found the condo to be comfortable, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following:
- The indoor pool is now restricted for use by owners only, due to the HOA's recent decision. We weren't informed of this change and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused
- Our plan for the future is to purchase new mattresses for our guest bedrooms, but this will not take place until 2024
- Our TV service is currently internet-only, as we've observed that many of our renters use apps to access their preferred channels. We'll certainly take your input into account and consider the possibility of adding a basic cable package in the future
