Great house in great location
5/5 We came to Oxford for a softball tournament and the location of the house was extremely convenient to Mtrade Park. It was clean and well stocked with all essentials. The beds and furniture were all comfortable, and bathrooms were stocked and a good size. Check in and out process was easy and instructions were clear. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice stay.

Lots of Potential
3/5 This house has the potential to be great… it just needs a couple tweaks. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, plus it has nice furnishings and comfortable beds.
However, there were a few things that would improve the stay. The kitchen is lacking, it didn’t have any measuring cups or measuring spoons, zero cookie sheets or baking dishes and the one of the two frying pans were rusty.
The master bed did not have a mattress pad with stains on mattress. Plus the pillows had stains too. Also the air conditioning was on a timer, so it would often revert to 76 degrees making it too stifling in the middle of the night to sleep. We had to change it frequently.
I think some simple kitchen and bedding fixes, plus making sure it stays cool in 90degree weather would make this place great.
