5/5 I was looking for a nice quiet getaway. To my surprise this rental and Long Beach was like Paradise . If you are visiting the area i would stay here . Very clean , quiet and nice neighborhood. Toby

Such a good property!
4/5 I stayed at this rental for a month and a half while my own home was still under construction. It was a great stay and easy commute to work. I had a few issues with stains on the bedding when I arrived, but I put everything in the washer (like I normally do anyway) and they came right out. The property manager Tanya was amazing! She was responsive all of the time but especially when the dishwasher started to leak all over the floor. She got people out to me ASAP! Everyone including Chiquita was so kind and helpful during this transition. Besides a few loud neighbors in the weekends, it was a good stay. I recommend they be more clear with parking as a few of the guest parked on the side that was meant for my unit and used the trash cans on my side causing them to overflow. I also recommend having someone come weekly to put the trash receptacles on the curb and bringing them back because if not for me putting them out, I doubt they would have ever gotten emptied and there were ants trailing into them. All in all, I’d give this place a 4/5! Great stay.
