Nice location!
4/5 House was located in a good area, really close to the train though so expect some noise from that. The floors weren't washed properly before we showed up. We noticed when walking barefoot in the house our feet were ending up really dirty. I ended up going to the store and buying Swiffer wipes to go with the provided mop and i washed the floors myself. So i wasn't impressed with that. The bath mats in the ensuite bathroom were not washed as well bc they were full of sand and other people's hair, which was disgusting. Washed those as well. Thank God for the provided washer and dryer. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
