  House was located in a good area, really close to the train though so expect some noise from that. The floors weren't washed properly before we showed up. We noticed when walking barefoot in the house our feet were ending up really dirty. I ended up going to the store and buying Swiffer wipes to go with the provided mop and i washed the floors myself. So i wasn't impressed with that. The bath mats in the ensuite bathroom were not washed as well bc they were full of sand and other people's hair, which was disgusting. Washed those as well. Thank God for the provided washer and dryer. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

• No hot showers.

  Pros: Lovely home. Easy and clear check-in instructions. Very clean. Spacious. Nice decor. Comfortable beds. Best pillows I have slept on! Adequate dishes and utensils. When I texted the manager. It was a quick response.

  Cons: Location is very close to train tracks. So if you are sensitive to noise, that is something to consider. The oven was dirty and smoked up when in use. The tub in one of the bathroom had a very slow drain. The showers did not get hot, only mildly lukewarm. I did call and they did send someone out but the issue did not get resolved. The sinks did get hot water. Only the showers did not get hot water.

  First the train was horrible woke myself and the kids nightly. I never read any mentioned of it had I, I would have NEVER picked this location. I wanted peace which is my reasoning for not getting a hotel. Furthermore the ants and roaches were a total NO!! My daughter had ants crawl in her bed we then discovered them in the beds and along side the wall. There were roaches discovered on Day 2 as the kids were up late playing games. Can we say TERRIFIED!!! We then noticed these little white things all over the house which I’m assuming were to catch the roaches and ants! I haven’t made contact with anyone as I tried reaching out to even request early check in to no avail! The house in my opinion could have been cleaner and it has a foul stench which we purchased plug in and cleaning stuff for. The twin beds were very poor in quality and so was the bedding. The bedding wasn’t clean either. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and one couch felt broken which we stayed away from. The bar stool were very cheap and poor in quality. One was loosen upon arrival also which no one informed us of and gladly I checked so no one would sit there and be hurt. The grill was extremely filthy and was another reasoned why we picked this location we were looking to grill but wasn’t able to. Overall I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the house for the price paid. It’s really bad when kids notice things and aren’t satisfied. This was most definitely not what we were looking forward to.

• Nice Property-Insect /Bug Issues

  The home is a nice property, nicely furnished. Good location. Need to pay attention to bug/ant infestation. Need to clean bathrooms if tenants leaving do not. need to cut grass, paint dirty front door and replace the badly soiled cushions in chairs on front porch. Need to tidy up outside- poor curb appearance.Bad phone numbers for property managers. Email was not a valid email for manager #1. Gave up trying to reach either of them.
